Problem? Read these sections first – they might save you some time:


Make Sure Your Web Browser Is Up to Date
Crusher Solutions and Crusher™ Media Player support the latest Web browser versions. For optimal results – both in the purchase process, and in playing Crusher™ Media, please make sure your computer meets the following criteria.

 

And be sure to update your Web browser software, which will be a different procedure depending on your browser type and whether you’re PC or Mac.


To be sure your computer is ready to crush, check for operating system updates.
On a PC, go to http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows/help/windows-update, click the Check Your Settings box, and follow the instructions. On a Mac, go to the Apple icon at upper left of your screen and select Software Updates, then follow instructions.


And two more little but important things…

1. You must have java script enabled.?

2. Your browser must be set to accept cookies.


PURCHASING

Do you accept PayPal for payment?
Sorry – not at the present time. Only a valid credit or debit card can be used for payment.

The Promo Code I entered doesn’t seem to be working.
Try refreshing and re-entering it, and if still nothing, then go back to the previous page and click the Checkout button at the bottom of the page and enter the Promo Code and it should go through. If that still doesn’t work, close your web browser and try the purchase again using a different browser (e.g., Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Internet Exporer).

I couldn’t click on the Add to Cart button -- I got an error: Line 318 Char: 1 Error: Object Expected Code: 0 URL
Might happen with Microsoft Vista using Internet Explorer. First, make you’re your software and browser have been updated. Reload the page and try again.


STREAMING (PLAYING) THE VIDEOS AND AUDIO COMPANIONS

How do I access/play my Crusher™ Videos and Audio Companions?

?Immediately after purchase, click the big red button that says, “Launch Crusher™ Media Player”. Or, after logging in with the email and password created at purchase, go to My Account and click any link in your Library or the big red button on that page to launch the Crusher™ Media Player. You can also access all your Crusher™ Videos and Audio Companions in the Library at the upper right corner of the Player window.

The video is not playing smoothly – it keeps lagging and/or buffering.
First and foremost, as with any Internet-based video experience, be sure to allow the file to “build” before expecting to play through. There are several other factors affecting smoothness of video play and lag/buffering.

  • Time of day, with evenings being slowest due to demand on local “pipeline”.
  • Quality of your bandwidth.
  • How up-to-date your computer is (see top of page for ways to update).
  • How many other things you might be downloading, viewing or programs running.


By taking all these into account and optimizing where you’re able, you should be able to have a smoooooth Crusher™ experience.

The sound volume is too low.
Each computer has a different default volume setting. We tried to optimize our media and player to best suit all. Crank up your computer volume AND the volume controller on the Crusher™ Media Player.

I installed Microsoft Silverlight™, and everything worked until I came back to the website later: I tried to open a new Media Player window and got a message saying I need to install Silverlight – again!
After refreshing the media player window everything should work fine.

When I clicked on my Audio Companion from the Library in My Account page, it brought up the video.  Not the audio file.
No problem. Just go to the Library at the upper right hand corner of the Crusher™ Media Player window and choose the Audio Companion you want to listen to. When first launched, the Player automatically defaults to Video, if that is in your Library.

GENERAL SUPPORT AND INFO

What should I expect to get out of this program?
Expect real, actionable strategies that are proven to work to increase productivity and mitigate many typical stresses of adult ADD/ADHD. Expect a different, better relationship with your ADD. For best results, it is crucial you follow the Crusher curriculum as instructed – and use the Videos, the Audio Companions and the Toolkits (provided at www.addcrusher.com/tools).

Is ADD Crusher affiliated with a pharmaceutical company?
Nope. Not in any way, shape or form. Nothin’ against those guys – it’s just not what ADD Crusher™ is about.  

Does ADD Crusher promote or discourage ADD medication?
ADD Crusher is neutral on meds. Not one thing works for everyone. Consult with your healthcare professional to find out what is best for YOU. That said, Crusher contends that the simple and natural strategies imparted in the Videos and Audio Companions can work wonders – with our without meds. Just yourself, Crusher strategies, and a strong desire to improve your life are all you need.   (Not a complete sentence.)

Is this a “natural remedy”?
You could call it that, sure. Medication is not required to follow this program and Crush your ADD, but there ain’t no total remedy so beware of those promising to sell you a magic cure.

What if I have not been officially diagnosed with ADD/ADHD?
A proper diagnosis is extremely helpful in making progress with your ADD, but even if you are not an ADDer and just super busy and feel overwhelmed, this program will help you get more productive and waste less time.

Is this program recommended for kids with ADD?
This program is intended for adults. Crusher does not make recommendations for children with ADD/ADHD. That said, many of the tips for feeding your brain, getting rest, and plenty of exercise are appropriate for individuals of all ages. Check with your healthcare professional.
